What are the benefits of using My Freight?

Sending freight vehicles overseas can be a confusing and time consuming business. How do you get around this? Well, you could contact My Freight, and discuss the ferry arrangements you require, we will then arrange your ferry crossing for you. We speak to the right people, get the ferry reservations you need, and do it all at the best price. You can use us for one off ferry crossings, or you can use our services to make all of your ferry reservations. In the meantime, you can be dealing with more important business. Doesn't that sound good?

Can My Freight arrange reservations for ferry services abroad?

Yes we can. As well as more than 70 ferry routes operating around the UK, we can make arrangements on dozens of other ferry services throughout Scandinavia, the Mediterranean and pretty much any other location you can think of. You could spend all day on the phone and not get anywhere, or you could call My Freight and get everything arranged with one phone call.

This sounds expensive. How much will this service cost me?

It doesn't cost anything. We tell you how much the ferry tickets cost and, if you are happy with the price, we make the arrangements. We also confirm the arrangements to you as soon as they are made. Simple!

How long does it take you to arrange ferry tickets?

Normally, we can arrange ferry tickets the same day. Most arrangements take us anything from a few minutes to a few hours. Some can take longer if the arrangements are complex.

What happens if I want to change the ferry bookings?

Just give us a call. We will make the changes to your ferry bookings and confirm them with you when they have been made. There are usually no charges for amendments.

How can I pay My Freight?

We are happy to accept credit cards, cheques & bank transfers. If you wish to pay by some other method, then let us know.

Can I open an account with My Freight?

Yes, we have facilities to open accounts.
